云南省大学生性健康知识现状与干预对策

摘　　要：目的了解云南省大学生性健康知识的掌握情况,为高校性教育对策提供依据。方法采用自编问卷,对云南省6所高校1147名在校大学生进行性生理解剖、生殖避孕、性病等知识的匿名调查。结果能正确回答月经周期的男、女生分别为56.2%和64.1%,能正确回答排卵期的男、女生分别为48.1%和59.8%,能正确掌握女性易孕期的男、女生分别为55.0%和60.0%,知晓精卵结合在输卵管的男、女生分别为23.3%和34.5%。93.0%的学生认为最适合青年人的避孕措施是安全套,76.4%的男生和64.4%的女生听说过紧急避孕,但仅有38.3%的男生和34.3%的女生能掌握紧急避孕的时间,44.3%和53.8%的男生以及31.4%和40.4%的女生知晓非淋菌性尿道炎和尖锐湿疣是性传播疾病。结论大学生性健康知识正确率较低。学校开展系统、科学的性教育势在必行。Objective To investigate sexual health knowledge mastering among college students in Yunnan Province, and to find the measures for sex education on the campus. Methods 1 147 undergraduates from six colleges and universities were investigated anonymously on anatomy and physiology of human reproduction system, reproduction and coutraception and sexual diseases. Results Boys and girls who correctly answered the menstrual period accounted for 56.2% and 64.1% respectively; 48.1% boys and 59.8% girls answered ovulation correctly; 55.0% boys and 60.0% girls knew the period easily to be pregnant; 23.3% boys and 34.5% girls knew that sperm combined to egg cell in uterine tube. Most （ 93.0% ） of them regarded condom as the right contraception method for youngsters. 76.4% boys and 64.4% girls heard emergency contraception, but merely 38.3% boys and 34.3% girls knew the best time for it. 44.3% boys and 31.4% girls knew NGU is sex-transmitted disease. Conclusion The accuracy rate of sexual knowledge among the college students is a bit low. It is necessary to carry out the systematic and scientific sex education on campus.
