摘  要:随着传媒业的日益发达和竞赛表演市场的不断完善,赛事组委会有必要设立信息管理部来管理各种各样的信息。而针对每一条完整的信息路径来说,都可以分为6部分:信源、讯息、信道、信宿、反馈、调控。信息管理部需要通过各种途径对影响竞赛表演市场信息传播渠道的主要因素进行监控,如通过记者招待会、赛事发布会、内部管理会、文件等组织传播方式控制一些信源;通过培训内部员工和与舆论领袖建立关系控制人际传播或群体传播;通过发布通稿和制作广告进行大众传播等等。Along with the constant development and perfection of the media business and the competition and show market, various competition organizing committees need to set up information management department to manage various messages. Every route of intact information can be divided into 6 parts : source, message, channel, message embracer, feedback,adjustment and control. The information management department needs to monitor the maior factors that may influence the information dissemination channel of competition and show market through various means, such as, to control some information source through press conferences, events release, interior business meetings, documents and/lies,etc. ,to control inter-personal communication or group communication through training the interior employees and establishing the relationship with the public opinion leaders,and to influence mass communication through releasing uniform press and preparing advertising, etc.
