摘　　要：采用文献资料法,介绍了流畅心理状态的概念、特征及分类,综述了国内外关于运动员流畅心理状态特征和其影响因素的研究现状,最后评述了流畅心理状态在该领域研究中存在的问题、研究意义以及将来值得研究的方向。By means of literature review, this paper has introduced the concept, characteristics and classification of the theory of flowing psychological state, reviewed the current research status home and abroad about the characteristics of the flowing psychological state of athletes and its influencing factors, and then commented on the problems, significance of research and the future direction for the study of the theory.
