摘  要:对发泡PP产品进行热重分析,提出了一种测量AC分解率的新方法。研究并讨论ZnO的加入量、注塑温度、冷却时间、背压等工艺参数对AC分解的影响。结果表明:AC含量在0.4%-0.7%时ZnO与AC的质量比为1:1;AC含量在0.7%~1.0%时ZnO与AC的质量比为1:2,此时AC的分解效果很好。提高注塑温度、延长冷却时间和增大背压可以使AC的分解率提高,反之则降低。TG analyse for foamed PP, received a new method of measure AC decomposability, and then studied and discussed quality of ZnO,injection temperature,cooling time,back press for effect of AC decomposability, Results showed that the quality of ZnO :AC was 1: 1 when AC was between 0.4% and 0.7%, the quality of ZnO: AC was 1: 2 when AC was between 0.7% and 1.0%, effect of AC decomposability is good. AC decomposability could be increased through heighten injection temperature, prolong cooling time and augment back press, the opposition was reduced.
