摘　　要：焊接车间的通风除尘是对作业人员非常重要的劳动保护措施之一。本文介绍了大连某物流公司托盘箱焊接车间通风除尘系统的设计思想及技术参数,包括排风罩口的设计、除尘器的比选内容、通风管网的设置原因,风机房的布置。并介绍了该通风除尘系统的结构特点、设计方法等。通过卫生学监测,证明该车间设计安装的通风除尘系统达到了设计要求,满足了国家标准。同时文中还对设计中的得失及车间工艺布置的改进之处进行了探讨,提出了作者的改进意见及建议。The ventilation and dust removal in welding workshop are important protects for the labors. This article introduces the design and technique parameters of ventilation and dust removal system in pallet container welding workshop of a distribution company in Dalian, including the design of exhaust hood, comparisons of dust extractions, reasons of duct establishment, lay out of machine room. And also presents the structure specialties and concept of design. Through a hygiene test, the design of ventilation and dust removal used in this welding workshop meet the national standards. Discussing the gain and loss of design and the improving of workshop lay out are also included.The author of the article gives improvement ideas and suggestions.
