摘 要:战略理论作为组织配置资源,协调各种经营活动,完善管理的思想体系,又是形成组织竞争力的强有力的工具。面对日趋竞争激烈的全球体育市场,体育产业组织如何争夺市场和生存发展的空间,就必须站在战略的高度培养长期的竞争优势,从而适应复杂多变的竞争环境。组织的核心竞争力作为组织管理重要的指导原则和科学方法以及组织制胜的法宝。因此,增强组织的核心竞争力将成为今后我国体育产业组织战略管理的第一选择。The strategic theory can help to organize allocation of resources,coordinate various operation campaigns and perfect the ideological system of management,while it is also a powerful tool to form the organizational competitiveness.In front of the intense competition of the global sports market day by day,if sports industry and organizations hope to fight for the market and developing space,they have to foster a long-term competitive advantage and stand on a strategic high ground,so as to adapt to the complex,changeable and competitive environment.The core competitiveness of organizations is the important guideline and scientific method for organizational management and also a key point in winning.Therefore,increasing the organization’s core competitiveness will become the first option for sports industry and organizations in their strategic management in China.
