摘  要:目的评价二维应变超声与心肌作功指数(Tei指数)方法优化双腔起搏器房室延迟参数的相关性。方法15例因Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞接受永久起搏器治疗的患者,于植入术后分别行二维应变超声及脉冲多普勒检查,选择最佳房室延迟间期。结果应用左心室长轴方向心肌应变、位移方法选择的最佳房室延迟分别为:70ms(9例)、90 ms(6例),其中12例患者应用二维应变进行房室延迟参数优化的结果与Tei指数方法一致。结论应用二维应变超声进行房室延迟参数优化与Tei指数优化方法有较好的相关性。Objectives To evaluate the correlation between two-dimensional strain echocardiography and myocardial performance index (Tei-index) method on atrio-ventricular (A-V)delay optimization after implanting the dual chamber pacemaker. Methods Fifteen patients with complete atrioventricular block and received permanent pacemakers were examined by two-dimensional strain and pulse Doppler methods at different atrio-ventricular delay to select the best one. Results The best A-V delay determined by left ventricular longitudinal strain and displacement method were 70 ms (nine patients), 90 ms( six patients), among which twelve patients were optimized in A-V delay which were consistent with Tei index method. Conclusion A good correlation was found between two-dimensional strain and myocardial performance index methods on A-V delay optimization.
