穿刺置疣术配合强化茶饮治疗扁平疣临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穿刺置疣术配合强化茶饮治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将108例扁平疣患者随机分为2组。治疗组55例予穿刺置疣术配合强化茶饮治疗,每日1剂,连服4周。对照组53例予自体疣埋藏术治疗。2组均于术后3个月评定疗效,12个月统计复发率。结果治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为94.5%、73.6%;复发率分别为1.9%、10.3%;并发症发生率分别为3.6%、20.8%。2组治愈率、复发率及并发症发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穿刺置疣术配合强化茶饮治疗扁平疣治愈率高,复发率及并发症发生率明显降低,且操作简单,患者易于接受。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of intensified puncture autoimplantation technique on Verruca plana. Methods 108 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 55 cases in treatment group and 53 cases in control group. The treatment group was treated by puncture autoimplantation technique with lntensifiod tea, one dose a day for 4 weeks. The conh＇ol group was treated by autoimplantation method. The effects in both groups were evaluated after 3 - month treatment course and the recurrence rate was recorded 12 months later. Results The curative ratio in treatment and control group was 94.5% and 73.6% respectively, tile recurrence rate was 1.9% and 10.3%, the complication rate was 3.6% and 20.8%. There was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The in tegrated treatment of punctnre autoimplantation technique with ln, ensifiod tea is effective in treating Verruca plana, which has high cure rate and few recurrent accident.
