摘 要:采用钛酸四正丁酯为前驱体制备纳米TiO2溶胶,探讨了影响溶胶稳定性的各种因素,通过粒径和紫外线透过率分析,确定了最佳溶胶组分配比。向此溶胶中加入β-环糊精的DMF溶液,制成TiO2/β-环糊精复合溶胶,并整理织物,通过织物的抗紫外线效果、增重率测试,以及表面衰减全反射(ATR-FTIR)红外光谱和扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,β-环糊精已接枝到织物表面,且整理织物具有良好的抗紫外线效果。Nano YiO2 sol solution was prepared by sol-gel method with Ti(OBu) 4 as a precursor. Various factors affecting the stability of sol solution were studied. The optimal sol was obtained through particle diameter and UV transmittance analysis. β- cyclodextrin containing DMF solution was added into TiO2 sol to prepare TiO2/β-cyclodextrin sol, and its application to otton fabric was carried out. It was found that cotton fabric achieved good UV protection, and β-cyclodextrin grafted on fabric surface was identified by weighting rate, ATR-FTIR and SEM methods.
