摘 要:挤压珩磨是一种利用半流体磨料流反复挤压被加工表面而达到研抛、去毛刺目的的新技术。针对抗氢钢(HR-1)的抛光难题进行珩磨加工实验,并采用扫描电镜分析表面形貌的方法及挂水检测法对抛光后零件的洁净度进行对比分析,结果表明:采用挤压珩磨抛光回转类零件外形曲面,其表面粗糙度能稳定地由Ra1.6μm达到Ra≤0.1μm,且磨料组成对表面洁净度无影响。挤压珩磨抛光后零件的表面粗糙度与工件原始表面粗糙度有关,原始表面粗糙度越高,挤压珩磨抛光后表面粗糙度越高。更换磨料可实现用粗、精抛的挤压珩磨抛光方法替代手工抛光。The extrusion honing is a new technology that is used to polishing and to remove burrs from machining parts by using the semi-liquid grind material repeat extrusion. In this paper the polishing of the hydrogen-resistant steel HR-1 is experimentally studied by using the honing machining. The surface morphology and the clean degree of the polished parts are comparative analysis by using Scanning Electron Microscope and the water hook method. The results show that the surface roughness of the outer curved surface for the rotary parts can stably increase from Ral.6 μm to Ra≤0.1 μm by using the extrusion honing polishing. The composition of the grind material has no effect on the surface clean degree of the polished parts. The surface roughness of the extrusion honing polished parts depends on its originally surface roughness, the higher the originally surface roughness of parts is the better the surface roughness of the extrusion honing polished parts is. It is feasible that the traditionally handcrafted polishing could be replaced by the coarse and fine extrusion honing polishing.
