摘　　要：目的观察大剂量静脉注射免疫球蛋白(IVIG)治疗复发性泛发性脓疱型银屑病(RGPP)的疗效。方法31例RGPP患者随机分成两组,IVIG组15例,采用大剂量IVIG和糖皮质激素;对照组16例,常规糖皮质激素治疗。结果IVIG组治疗RGPP临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大剂量IVIG是治疗RGPP的有效辅助手段(P<0.05)。Objective To observe the effect of high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin （IVIG） on recurrent generilized pustule psoriasis （RGPP）. Methods Thirty-one patients with RGPP were divided into two groups, one is IVIG group consisted of 15 RGPP patients treated with high-dose IVIG and steriod; the other is control group consisting of 16 RGPP patients with traditional steriod therapy. Results The clinical effect of IVIG and steriod on RGPP is better than traditional steriod（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion IVIG is the efficient and auxiliary treatment for RGPP.
