制造网格中的制造资源认证研究

摘　　要：制造网格资源认证相对于制造网格技术而言,属于非技术因素的范畴,其认证的合理性和可操作性对制造网格技术的实际应用和推广有着及其重要的作用。本文采用技术的手段来实现制造网格资源的认证,以认证的基本理论和思想为基础来指导制造网格的资源认证,对制造网格中的制造资源进行了分析,提出了制造资源认证的概念,建立了制造资源认证体系结构,确立了认证指标和认证方法,提出了制造资源认证的软指标和硬指标,通过网络分析法(ANP)和问卷法相结合的方式实现了制造网格的制造资源认证。Relative to the technology of manufacturing grid（MG）,manufacturing resource authentication in MG does not belong to technical factor.Its rationality and feasibility are important to the development and application of MG.The technical method was used to realize manufacturing resource authentication under the elementary theory and thought of authentication,the manufacturing resource of MG was analyzed,the concept of manufacturing resource was put forward,authentication target and method were established,the architecture of manufacturing resource authentication was established,soft target and absolute target of manufacturing resource authentication was provided.Manufacturing resource authentication in MG was realized through the unified of ANP and questionnaire method.
