摘 要:为考察环糊精及其醛类衍生物对肌酐的吸附作用,制备新型肌酐吸附剂,采用化学改性的方法合成了3种环糊精醛类衍生物(单、二、全取代),考察了其对肌酐的吸附性能。结果表明:它们对肌酐的吸附在4 h内完成;吸附剂用量越大,吸附效果越好;吸附容量随肌酐质量浓度增大而提高;吸附能力为二取代环糊精醛>单取代环糊精醛>全取代环糊精醛>环糊精;吸附机理为化学吸附与包合反应的协同作用。Three novel kinds of cyclodextrin aldehydes are prepared as the new adsorbent for creatinine. The chemical structures are characterized by FT-IR and ^1 H NMR spectroscopy, the adsorption prop erties for creatinine are examined, and the adsorption mechanism is explored fundamentally. The results show that the adsorption is complete in 4h, and the adsorption capacity increases with the creatinine concentration. However the adsorption capacity is different among cyclodextrin derivatives: disubstitution cy clodextrin aldehydes〉 monosubstitution cyclodextrin aldehyde〉 persubstitution cyclodextrin aldehydes〉 cyclodextrin, and the adsorption mechanism is the synergetic effect of chemical adsorption and inclusion reaction of cyclodextrin.
