摘　　要：苏格兰议会大厦位于爱丁堡皇家里大街底端的一块引人注目之地,位置相当敏感。多样化的建筑功能要求以及复杂的场地条件使这项设计极具挑战性。西班牙传奇建筑师恩莱克·米拉莱斯综合处理这些复杂关系,将建筑与场所的关联作为设计的重点,完美地诠释了自己的设计理念。The Scottish Parliament Building located in a very remarkable site. The multiplex demands of architecture function blending with a complicated urban context made this design defiant greatly. The romantic Spanish architect Enric Miralles dealt with the complex relationship synthetically. He illustrated his own theory ideally by right of regarding the relationship as emphasis between architecture and location.
