摘  要:简介了铝电解机制对电解铝液中氢和Al2O3夹杂形成过程的影响,分析了铝液中Al2O3夹杂形成的机理,推算了CO2对铝液扩散的质量传递方程,描述了效应处理期间铝液中氢和Al2O3夹杂的形成过程。利用Person-Waddington模型测算了铝液中可能形成的Al2O3夹杂最大值。电解液中的水分被电解成氢和氧,阴极析出的氢通过扩散和杂-气寄生机制进入铝液,是电解铝液中氢的主要来源。铝电解工艺对电解铝液具有一定的自净化作用。Characteristics of mechanism of aluminittm electrolyte and effect of formation of hydrogen and dioxide inclusions in liquid- Al are elucidated in electrolysis aluminum calls . The mechanism of formation of oxide in liquid - Al is analyzed. A mass transporting equation of diffusion of C02 into liquid - Al is proposed. The formation of hydrogen and inclusion in liquid - Al when manipulating anode effect is described, With the model of Person - Waddington, the probable maximism of oxide inclusions is quantitative analyzed. Water in the electrolyte was electrolyzed into hydrogen and oxygen, and hydrogen separated out on the cathode entered into liquid- Al by diffusing and autoecious in alumina mechanism, which is the main source of hydrogen in the Al electrolyte. Aluminum electrolyte techniques has definite effect of purification on electrolyte liquid - Al.
