摘　　要：本文采用实证研究与理论分析相结合的方法,对河南省10个有代表性的县(市)经济增长的要素贡献率进行分析,进而对科技进步贡献率做出一般性判断,指出存在的问题并提出相应的政策建议。County economy is an important part of the national economy. The paper analyses the elements＇ contribution rate Of the ten representatiVe counties＇ economy increasing in Henan province by the way of positive research and theory analysis. Then makes general judgment about the contribution rate of the scientific ＆ technological progress, points out the problems and brings forward some suggestion.
