摘  要:研究利用激光提高草原龙胆自交结实的方法,初步探讨了激光对花粉的生物效应。对草原龙胆的花粉进行激光照射,结果表明:适宜剂量的激光照射草原龙胆花粉,能够使其萌发率显著提高,并且使自花授粉的单朵花的结籽量也显著提高;自交后代植株的生长势有较大改善,幼苗健壮,植株的生物量也显著提高。从花粉的表面结构的电镜显微观察分析,激光照射后的花粉,其花粉壁的雕纹受到伤害,网脊线有些断裂,网眼变大,花粉管原始体变长。The pollens of Eustoma grandiflorum were treated by laser for overcoming their self incompatibility and improve seedy quality. The results are as follows : At an appropriate dosage of laser, the germination rate of pollen in Eustoma grandiflorum was increased, the numbers of seeds were increased, and the growth vigor of seedlings from self-fertilized seeds was improved remarkably to produce more biomass in the field. The surface structure of the pollen treated by laser was observed by an electron microscope. The sculpturing pattern of the treated pollen was damaged, so that some reticulate structures were disordered and the space encircled by reticulate ridges enlarged. Pollen tube primordium showed longer than that of the untreated control.
