摘　　要：该文对合作托管造林新模式的优势、劣势、机遇、风险进行分析,提出了合作托管造林稳定、健康发展的建议。The cooperation trusteeship afforesting appeared in October, 2004,in our country, during two-short-year, This new thing has drawn attention of all of societies. This article will analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats on the cooperation trusteeship afforesting, conclude that the market system is the only road of the cooperation trusteeship afforesting and propose the suggestion of developing of the cooperation trusteeship afforesting healthly and stably.
