摘 要:本试验随机选取了15个普通小麦品种(系)为亲本与人工合成小麦CA57进行杂交,研究其杂交亲和情况。结果表明:人工合成小麦CA57与CA41、矮抗58、偃展4110、周麦11、周麦16、百泉3039、百农9310、高优503和陕182等9个亲本杂交亲和,而与郑农7、豫麦34、温麦6号、中优9507、4HN1133和郑麦9023等6个亲本杂交不亲和。经系谱分析表明,普通小麦品种的遗传背景影响其与人工合成小麦CA57杂交的亲和性。人工合成小麦CA57与部分普通小麦的杂交不亲和性可以通过桥梁亲本(与人工合成小麦CA57杂交亲和的小麦品种)解决。The compatibility of artificial wheat CA57 crossing with common wheat was studied by crossing CA57 with 15 varieties of common wheat. The results showed that CA57 was compatible with CA41, 'Yanzhan 4110', 'Zhoumai 11', 'Zhoumai 16', ' Baiquan 3039', ' Bainong 9310', ' Gaoyou 503', 'Shan 182' and 'Aikang58', respectively. It was incompatible with ' Zhengnong 7', ' Yumai 34', ' Wenmai 6', ' Zhongyou 9507', '4HN1133' and ' Zhengmai 9023', respectively. Pedigree analysis showed that the genetic background of each variety of common wheat affected its compatibility with CA57. The incompatibility of CA57 with some varieties of common wheat could be solved by some bridge varieties of common wheat.
