摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶模板法成功制备出氧化锡纳米纤维,研究了氧化锡纳米纤维的显微组织及用作锂电池电极时的电化学性能。扫描电镜观察发现,氧化锡纳米纤维有规则地排列着,并且相互平行。X射线衍射分析表明,氧化锡纳米纤维是晶体结构。把它用作锂电池电极时能得到好的循环性能和高的容量,经过多次循环后仍能具备好的充放电性能。SnO2 nanofibers were successfully prepared in porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template by sol-gel-template method. The microstructures and electrochemical properties of SnO2 nanofibers were studied. SEM images indicate that ShOE nanofibers are uniformly distributed and parallel to each other. The SnO2 nanofiber possesses a tubular structure. The XRD pattern shows that the nanofibers are cassiterite SnO2. Good cycling performance could be obtained when the SnO2 nanofibers were used as electrodes in the Li-ion batteries. The electrodes could deliver high capacity and still retain the ability to discharge and recharge through many cycles.
