摘 要:以氯氧化铪、丙醇和乙酰丙酮为原料合成了碳化铪有机先驱体溶液,采用液相先驱体转化法在1500℃制备了HfC粉末。用XRD与SEM和FTIR分别对粉末和先驱体溶液进行表征和研究。结果表明:经1500℃热处理后获得了面心立方的HfC粉末;粉末颗粒成球形,在几十到几百纳米之间,且碳化铪颗粒有长大趋势;探讨了制备先驱体的形成机制,随着溶液的水解程度增大,最终碳化铪有机先驱体溶液成网状或链状结构。Hafnium carbide materials were prepared using Hafnium Oxychioride Octahydrate, Propanol and 2,4-pentanedione by Liquid precursor conversion at 1500 ℃. Powder was characterized by XRD and SEM. Solution-derived precursor was studied by FTIR. The results showed hafnium carbide materials were obtained at 1500℃ heat treatment. The particle is spherical and the particle size is in the range of several tens nm to several hundreds nm. Reaction mechanism of Solution-derived precursor was studied. Solution-derived precursor of hafnium carbide materials exhibits net or chain structures with the increase of ratios of hydrolysis.
