摘  要:近等原子比的NiTi合金作为生物医用材料,以其优异的特性而在医学各科临床得到广泛应用。但由于Ni离子释放而引起的潜在毒性和无生物活性问题,抑制了NiTi合金在生物医用领域的进一步发展。对医用NiTi合金进行表面改性是解决上述问题的有效途径,并成为近年国内外研究的热点。本文全面阐述了近几年来国内外对医用NiTi合金的表面改性方法的研究进展,并对各种方法可能出现的问题进行了分析;提出了采用微弧氧化技术对NiTi合金表面改性的可行性。A near-equiatomic NiTi alloy has been widely applied in medical clinic as a biomaterial due to its excellent characteristic, but it has been suppressed to develop further in the field of medicine owing to its non-bioactive and the potential toxicity caused by the release of Ni ion. Surface modification for NiTi alloy is an effective approach to settle the above-mentioned problems, and becomes a hot research recently. This paper rev.iews the present state of surface modification methods for NiTi alloy, and analyzes the possible problem existing in those methods. The feasibility of NiTi alloy modified by micro-arc oxidation technique is also presented.
