摘 要:针对构想的一种FCF(冲压和冷锻组合)加工工艺,用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对AL-1100薄板零件台阶孔的成形过程进行了数值模拟。分析了压边力的作用及其大小对这种复合台阶孔成形性能和成形质量的影响。提出了适用于这种冲锻组合工艺较为合理的压边条件,即采用刚性压边,压边力Q约为成形力P的一半,即Q=0.5P。并用该种铝板在液压机上进行了组合加工工艺试验的验证。Aiming at a flow control forming (FCF) process which was newly conceived, in utilization of DEFORM-3D software, numerical simulation of deformation on stepped-hole of sheet metal was carried out. The function of the blank holder force (BHF) as well as its influence on the forming performance and forming accuracy of combined stepped-hole were analyzed. A preferable blank holder condition for this FCF process, which used rigid blank holder, was proposed. The value of blank holder force is about half of forming pressure, namely Q=0. 5 P. Moreover, the blank holder condition is validated by technological experiments using A1 plate on hydroforming machine.
