摘  要:针对启动齿星轮成形工艺的特点,对其成形工艺进行数值模拟分析,找出了影响挤压成形的工艺参数,设计了合理的启动齿星轮的成形工艺。通过工艺实验进行论证,结果表明,所设计的工艺既保证了启动齿星轮内曲面和外齿型的同心度,又解决了挤压过程中由于金属流动不畅造成的塌陷、缩孔现象,同时降低了挤压力,大大缩短了工艺实验周期,对于启动齿星轮的生产应用具有重要的指导意义。Aiming at the characteristics of forming technology for the star wheel of stating gear, the analysis of numerical simulation about forming technology of the star wheel of starting gear was made, the craft parameters that influented extrusion forming were found out, and the rational forming technology of the star wheel of starting gear was designed. Then carrying on argumentation through craft experiments, the result indicates that the concentricity of inside curved surface and the outside tooth profile of the star wheel of starting gear is guaranteed, the sink and shrinkage caused by the problem that the metal can not flow fluently in is reduced, and the period of craft experiment is shortened. It of parts. the extrusion process are solved, the extrusion pressure is a great significance to guide production and application
