摘　　要：通过比较冲压工艺设计参数和冲压成形性能指标的异同,面向各种冲压板料提出利用真实和虚拟成形性能试验修订和构建冲压成形工艺设计参数及其数据库的设想。通过阐述冲压成形性能试验在通用、复杂和虚拟模拟等不同冲压成形工艺分析中的应用方法,并推介一种能够利用冲压成形性能检测数值计算冲压成形难度的"形状分析法",为GB/T15825在冲压成形生产中的技术应用提供了方法性参考。Comparing the technical parameters of sheet metal forming with formability indexes, the proposition was put forward to update these parameters and set up their database for various sheet metals by means of real and virtual forming tests in this paper. How to use formability test data to analyze various tecchnical processes, in the general, complex and virtual sheet metal forming were explained, the ＂Shape analyses method＂ was introduced which could calculate forming severity of sheet metal using the formability test data, and therefore the methodological reference is put forward for applying GB/T 15825 《Sheet metal formability and test methods 》 in press forming manufacture.
