摘　　要：桑天牛雌虫有产卵于木质部并用分泌物封槽的产卵行为。笔者对其分泌物成分进行了研究,结果表明:分泌物是透明有黏性的胶状物,可溶于水,在pH为6.8、7.0的磷酸缓冲液中较稳定,遇空气发生固化成透明膜状,遇丙酮、甲醇、乙醇等溶液立即有白色团状黏性物析出。雌虫每次产卵后产生的分泌物平均为(0.006 2±0.003 4)g,连续两次产卵所产生分泌物的量差异不显著。分泌物中水分含量为80.10%,总蛋白2.29%,可溶性糖0.49%,游离氨基酸0.05%。分泌物中蛋白质的PAGE电泳图谱呈现明显的一条谱带,而SDS-PAGE电泳分析结果表明:分泌物蛋白质中主要组分的分子质量为123.0、97.7、72.6、63.4、55.4、43.0 ku。Adult females of laying an egg in the xylem Apriona germari （Hope） smear secretion on the oviposition scars after This secretion was a clear and viscous jelly which could dissolve in water. It was not easy to be denatured that the secretion dissolved in PBS （ pH 6.8 and pH 7.0）. Also the secretion could become solid in the air and there was a white viscous substance separated out while the secretion extracted by acetone, methanol, ethanol. The mean weight of the secretion was （0.0062±0.0034）g. Difference of weight between two successive secretions was not conspicuous. And there was water （80.10 %）, protein（2.29 %）, soluble sugar （0.49%）,free amino acid （0.05 % ） in the secretion. The PAGE of the secretion showed that there was only one clear protein bands. And the SDS - PAGE of the secretion indicated that secretion protein were composed by 123.0,97.7,72.6,63.4,55.4,43.0 ku bands.
