江苏省区域发展差异与空间布局规划

摘　　要：从地理学和区域经济学理论出发,综合考虑社会、经济与资源环境条件,构建区域发展综合评价模型,选取表征社会进步、经济发展、资源环境支持3个子系统的27个指标,采用熵值法对评价指标进行赋权,建立综合发展指数对江苏省65个县(市)进行评价。在区域发展差异分区的基础上,提出了江苏省区域发展的新格局,并对区域空间布局规划进行了探讨。From the view of sustainable development, comprehensive assessing for regional development disparities in Jiangsu province was carried out in this paper through the characters of regional development. As a complex system, comprehensive regional development composed of 27 indicators from three sub-systems in societal progress, economy development and resource and environment support. Based on the result of regional development disparities at county level, the author brought out a new division of four comprehensive zones for regional development in Jiangsu, i. e. , Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou comprehensive zones of economic and politic, Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou comprehensive zones of high and new technology, Yancheng-Lianyungang-Nantong comprehensive zones along coastal areas and Xuzhou- Suqian-Huai＇an comprehensive zones of abdominal region. Finally, methods for spatial structure planning were suggested.
