摘 要:以2006年辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省水稻区域试验品种(系)为试材,采用SSR标记分析了东北三省35个水稻品种(系)的遗传多样性和亲缘关系,结果共检测出237个等位基因,分子量变异范围在95~320bp。品种(系)间不同位点等位基因数目不等(2~8个),平均3.3857个,平均Nei基因多样性指数为0.4935,变幅为0.0328(PSM116)~0.8577(PSM363)。多态性住点的比率变化范围为71.25%~90.04%,多样性指数(H)介于0.3869~0.4903,信息指数(I)在0.6399~0.8489。吉林和黑龙江供试品种的SSR多样性低于辽宁水稻品系,而吉林和黑龙江基本相同。各稻区内品种的多样性均低于总体水平,显示了东北三省2006年水稻育种遗传基础的狭窄性。The rice lines in 2006 Regional Tests of Liaoning,Jilin, and Heilongjiang provinces were used as materials to analyze the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of rice genotypes in the three northeastern provinces by 70 SSR markers. As a result, 237 alleles were detected , which molecular weights ranged from 95 to 320bp. The allelic numbers in different loci of strains changed from 2 to 8,3. 385 7 in average,and the average Nei genetic diversity index was 0. 4935, varying from 0. 032 8 (PSMll6) -0. 857 7 (PSM363). The polymorphic loci rate changed from 71.25% to 90.04% ,the diversity index (H) from 0.3869 to 0.4903,and the information index (Ⅰ) from 0. 639 9 to 0. 848 9. The results showed that the SSR diversity of tested lines from Jilin and Heilongjiang was almost the same, but higher than the rice lines from Liaoning. The genetic diversity of rice strains in each region are all below the overall level, indicating the narrow genetic base in rice genotypes from the three northeast provinces in 2006.
