摘 要:目的:探讨多块重叠薄层采集(MOTSA)全程脑动脉磁共振血管成像(MRA)技术的临床应用价值。方法:运用MOTSAMRA技术进行全程脑动脉成像,以期获得能够满足临床筛查、诊断需要的血管图像,同时就扫描细节进行探讨。回顾性分析48例采用MOTSAMRA技术全程脑动脉血管成像的病例资料,对图像的临床筛查、诊断满意度进行评价分析。结果:48例中有44例获得高质量的图像,占91.7%,4例图像质量较低,占8.3%。结论:MOTSA全程脑动脉磁共振血管成像技术能够获得满足临床筛查、诊断需要的图像。Objective:To explore the clinical application of multiple overlapping thin-slab acquisition (MOTSA) technique to acquire the whole cerebral artery images. The details of scanning methods are also discussed. Methods:Consecutive 48 cases with MOTSA scanning technique were retrospectively analyzed and the image quality was evaluated for the requirement of clinical screening and diagnosis. Results: The images from 44 cases were of high quality, that was 91. 7% of 48 cases, and images from 4 cases were of low quality, that was 8.3% of 48 cases. Conclusion:The whole cerebral artery images can be acquired with MOTSA technique and can be used for clinical screening and diagnosis.
