摘　　要：世界著名的黄埔军校旧址所在的长洲岛,是广州一个特殊的历史文化保护区。在控制性详细规划基础上,只有树立"广州黄埔军校风景旅游区"的规划概念,坚持原真性、生态性、整体性的景观设计模式,实施"军(队)—地(方)共建""(船)厂—(景)区合办""村—镇参与""民(众)—政(府)合作""文(保)—旅(游)结缘"的开发策略,才能打造出具有国际影响的军校文化旅游项目——一个名实相符的爱国主义教育基地,弘扬黄埔精神、促进两岸统一。Changzhou Island, where the original site of the world famous Huangpu Military Academy is located, is a special historical culture proledion zone of Guangzhou. The world famous military academy culture tourism program can only be created with the planning conception of establishing ＂Guangzhou Huangpu Military Academy Tourism Area＂, the design mode of original, ecological and whole landscape, and the development strategy of the participation and cooperation of the army, the people and local governments, the combination of the dockyard and the tourism area, and the integration of the protection of cultural relics and tourism development. It could a patriotism education base in reality as well as in name to carry forward the Huangpu spirit and help realize the peaceful reunification of China.
