摘　　要：在2007年12月1日开幕的新当代艺术博物馆（New Museum of Contemporary Art）位于美国纽约Bowery235号，是曼哈顿市区新建的第一个艺术博物馆类建筑。它的总建筑面积将近60000 sq．f[（约5500m^2），是在舍弃了旧的博物馆建筑后（实际上新馆的部分建造经费就是通过出售旧建筑得来的），异地重建的当代艺术品新家园。The new home of the New Museum of Contemporary Art is an eight-story structure located on Bowery,New York.The new building is en elegant composition of stacked boxes designed by Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa of SANAA.Tokyo,The designer shifted off axis in different directions from the building core,conveyed the dynamism of the institution,created skyights that bring natural light into intenors ,and the building is punctuated by windows that offer city ovistas,They cooperated with the famous lighting design company Tillotson Design Associates to finally achieve this concept of light for the new building.
