81例多囊卵巢综合征患者血清瘦素观察

摘　　要：目的观察瘦素(leptin)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者中的升高比例。方法测81例PCOS患者(PCOS组)的体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、血清leptin、血清睾酮(T)、血清胰岛素(INS)、黄体生成素与卵泡刺激素比值(LH/FSH)。另测20例健康同龄女性为对照组的BMI、WHR及血清leptin、TI、NS。结果PCOS组平均血清leptin水平为(22.57±12.45)ng/mL,对照组平均血清leptin水平为(10.49±6.08)ng/mL,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);经校正BMI的影响后,PCOS组与对照组leptin仍有统计学差异(P<0.01),PCOS组中肥胖组平均血清leptin水平为(31.89±13.42)ng/mL,非肥胖组平均血清leptin水平为(20.03±11.00)ng/mL,两者血清leptin水平在校正了BMI的影响后无差异(P>0.05)。结论血清leptin水平升高是PCOS患者中的普遍现象。Purpose This study is to observe the ratio of the rising leptin in the patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）. Methods Measuring the body mass index （BMI） and waist to hip ratio （WHR） were measured, detected the serum leptin, testosterone （T）, insulin （INS）, luteinizing hormone to follicle stimulating horrnone ratio （LH/FSH） were detected in the 81 patients of PCOS （the PCOS group） ; There were 17 obesity PCOS patients （obesity group） and 64 non-obesity PCOS patients （non-obesity group） in the PCOS group. Another 20 healthy female were enrolled as the control group,BMI,WHR, and were detected the serum leptin, T, INS of them. Results The average serum leptin level is （22.57 ± 12.45）ng/mL in PCOS group while the average serum Leptin level is （10.49 ±6.08）ng/mL in the control group. There was statistical significance in it between the two groups （P〈0. 01） ; there is statistical significance while correcting the effection of BMI（P〈0. 001） . The average serum leptin level is （20.03 ± 11.00）ng/mL in non-obesity group. It did not have statistical significance after correcting the effection of BMI（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Leptin abnormality is an universal phenomenon in PCOS.
