“调神通络”针法治疗脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察"调神通络"针法治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法观察116例患者,设立针刺组("调神通络"针法组)、对照组(常规针刺组),采用公认的临床诊断、疗效评定标准,及彩色经颅多普勒超声指标检测。结果"调神通络"针法治疗脑梗死患者显效率达85.0%;疗效优于对照组(73.2%)。结论"调神通络"针法能明显改善脑梗死患者的症状和体征,促进患者神经功能缺损及病残程度的恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ＂regulating mind and unblocking meridian＂ needling method for treating cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients were observed.Acupuncture（＂regulating mind and unblocking meridian＂ needling method） and control（conventional acupuncture） groups were set up.The accepted clinical criteria for diagnosis and evaluation of curative effects and color transcranial Doppler indices were used.Results The marked efficacy rate was 85.0% in the patients treated by ＂regulating mind and unblocking meridian＂ needling method and better than in the control group（73.2%）.Conclusion ＂Regulating mind and unblocking meridian＂ needling method can significantly improve symptoms and signs in cerebral infarction patients and promote the recovery of the patients from neural deficit and disability.
