耳穴贴压治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴贴压治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。方法70例符合功能性消化不良患者随机分成耳穴贴压治疗组35例,多潘立酮(吗丁啉)对照组35例,治疗4星期观察两组的疗效。结果治疗组有效率85.71%。对照组有效率82.86%。两组比较差异无统计学意义,但在个别症状改善方面有不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切,在改善上腹部疼痛、腹胀、嗳气方面优于药物。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of auricular plaster therapy for functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods Seventy patients diagnosed with functional dyspepsia were randomly allocated to an auricular plaster therapy（treatment） group of 35 cases and a Domperidone（control） group of 35 cases.The curative effects were evaluated after four weeks＇ treatment in both groups.Results The efficacy rate was 85.71% in the treatment group and 82.86% in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in curative effect between the two groups,but there was in improvement in several symptoms（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy has an exact effect on functional dyspepsia.It is superior to medication in relieving epigastralgia,abdominal fullness and belching.
