摘 要:应用15N示踪技术研究了南京土壤条件下混合固氮菌剂水稻联合体系的固氮特性。结果表明,紫香糯稻接种混合菌剂后,稻株利用的固氮量为103kg/666.7m2,固氮率6.7%;拔节期—齐穗期是固氮高峰期,日平均固氮量达2431mg/m2·d,这阶段固氮量占整个生育期固氮量的409%;拔节期—成熟期的固氮量占整个生育期固氮量的70%以上;节肥能力为每6667m213.3kg硫铵;稻谷产量增加414%。Characteristics of N 2 fixation of diazotrophs associated with rice plant in paddy soils in Nanjing was studied by 15 N tracing technique. The results showed that amount of N fixed by rice plant was 1.03kg/666.7m 2 and the rate of fixed N was 6.7%. The maximum N fixed was occured during jointing—complete heading stage. The daily average amount of N fixed reached to 24.31mg/miniplot·day. The fixed N of jointing—complete heading stage was 40.9% of that whole rice growth stage. The amount of fixed N during jointing—maturing stage was over 70% of whole rice growth stage. The economic benefits for fertilizer saving was 13.3kg/666.7m 2 of ammounium sulphate. The yield of rice grain was increased by 4.14% after inoculation with the mixed diazotrophs. \ \
