摘  要:应用15N示踪技术研究了南京土壤条件下混合固氮菌剂水稻联合体系的固氮特性。结果表明,紫香糯稻接种混合菌剂后,稻株利用的固氮量为103kg/666.7m2,固氮率6.7%;拔节期—齐穗期是固氮高峰期,日平均固氮量达2431mg/m2·d,这阶段固氮量占整个生育期固氮量的409%;拔节期—成熟期的固氮量占整个生育期固氮量的70%以上;节肥能力为每6667m213.3kg硫铵;稻谷产量增加414%。Characteristics of N 2 fixation of diazotrophs associated with rice plant in paddy soils in Nanjing was studied by 15 N tracing technique. The results showed that amount of N fixed by rice plant was 1.03kg/666.7m 2 and the rate of fixed N was 6.7%. The maximum N fixed was occured during jointing—complete heading stage. The daily average amount of N fixed reached to 24.31mg/miniplot·day. The fixed N of jointing—complete heading stage was 40.9% of that whole rice growth stage. The amount of fixed N during jointing—maturing stage was over 70% of whole rice growth stage. The economic benefits for fertilizer saving was 13.3kg/666.7m 2 of ammounium sulphate. The yield of rice grain was increased by 4.14% after inoculation with the mixed diazotrophs. \ \
