超声下宫腔输卵管检查的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道超声引导下宫腔灌注及输卵管通液术的临床应用价值。方法分析274例不孕女性经阴道超声引导下行宫腔灌注和输卵管通液术的临床资料。结果阴道超声引导下宫腔灌注与宫腔镜检查结果符合率为85.10%,超声引导下输卵管通液术能查清输卵管的通畅程度。结论在超声引导下行宫腔灌注及输卵管通液术简单方便,对大部分宫腔病变和输卵管病变可作出诊断,可作为不孕患者的常规检查手段。Objective To study the clinical value of uterine tubal liquid poking under vaginal ultrasonography. Methods The data of 274 infertility women who accepted uterine tubal liquid poking under vaginal ultrasonography were analyzed retrospectively. Results The coincidence rate of the results obtained from uterine filling under ultrasound with that from hysteroscope is 85.10%, and tubal liquid poking can clarify the patency of the fallopian tubes. Conclusion Under the vaginal ultrasonograpby uterine tubal liquid poking is not only simple, but also useful in diagnosis and treatment.
