摘 要:以超声波处理膨胀石墨得到的石墨纳米薄片为原料,采用熔融插层复合方法制备密封用三元乙丙橡胶/石墨功能复合材料,利用SEM与XRD分析石墨及其复合材料微观结构、利用透气仪分析复合材料气体阻隔性能。结果表明:三元乙丙橡胶与石墨形成插层型功能复合材料,其气体阻隔性能显著提高,有望成为气密性优异的新型橡胶密封材料。The intercalation composite type of rubber sealing materials. The technology of EPDM/graphite was studied in graphite nano-sheets were prepared through order to seek new ultrasonic treatment anddecoration of expanded graphite . EPDM / graphite composites were prepared through melt-intercalation composite method and the microstructure of graphite particles and EPDM/ graphite composites were characterized by means of SEM and XRD. Meanwhile, the gas barrier properties of composites were studied. The results showed that the gas barrier properties of EPDM/EG composites were improved.
