益气化瘀补肾方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药益气化瘀补肾方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的机理。方法:以中药益气化瘀补肾方为观察对象,设立模型组、假手术模型对照组、正常对照组、西药对照组对照观察,观察与腰椎间盘突出症密切相关的血清免疫球蛋白IgG,IgM及椎间盘组织细胞因子IL-1α,IL-6,TNFα等指标的变化。结果:中药益气化瘀补肾方对降低腰椎间盘突出症兔模型的IgG,IgM,IL-1α,TNFα的含量有明显作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:减少自身免疫刺激从而缓解神经根的疼痛是中药益气化瘀补肾方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一个途径。Objective： To invest the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine Qi enriching, stasis dispersing and kidney tonifying recipe on treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Qi enriching, stasis dispersing and kidney tonifying recipe was set as the observation object to establish model group, sham operation model control group, normal control group and western medicine control group, all the groups were observed comparatively. The change of serum immune globulin IgG, IgM and intervertebral disc tissue cytokine IL-1α, IL- 6, TNFα which are closely related to lumbar disc herniation were studied. Results： Qi enriching, stasis dispersing and kidney tonifying recipe has significant effect on reducing IgG, IgM, IL-1α, TNFα content of rabbit model with lumbar disc herniation. Conclusions： Reducing autoimmune stimulation to relief the pain of nerve root is an approach of Qi enriching, stasis dispersing and kidney tonifying recipe on treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
