摘　　要："鸟巢"工程采用国产钢,全焊钢结构,构件截面均为箱形截面,其空间位置复杂,形体宏大、美观。介绍了鸟巢钢结构焊接中Q460E-Z35钢可焊性试验、焊工队伍组建、应力应变控制、焊接工艺评定、低温焊接等情况。重点描述了焊工队伍的选拔、管理和低温施焊技术的工艺规程,是建筑钢结构焊接的重要参考资料。The Bird＇s nest project adopt steel that was made in China,all-welded steel structure.The component section all was box type section.There was complex spatial location,grandiose and handsome body.The article indicated that the Bird＇s nest steel structure welding 7 difficult problems,include weld ability test for Q460E-Z35 ,establishment of welder team,the strew-strain control,welding procedure qualification, low temperature, welding, and so on.The key descriptions were the chosen and management of welder team, and the process specification of low temperature welding, and contributing to the development of the architecture steel structure welding project in China.
