摘  要:国家体育场鸟巢钢结构工程采用了Q460E-Z35钢,是我国乃至世界的第一次大规模使用,因此新钢种焊接性试验研究的课题十分必要。详细介绍了钢材的复验;焊接材料选择原则;焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验;焊接冷裂纹插销试验;钢板热矫正试验;Q460E-Z35钢刚性对接接头焊接试验(采用SMAW、GMAW、FCAW-G焊接方法);Q460E+Q345GJD、Q460E+GS-20Mn5V异种钢刚性接头焊接试验;Q460E-Z35厚板焊接工艺评定等8项焊接系统工程。Q460E-Z35焊接性研究试验及工艺评定的成功,解决了国家体育场"鸟巢"钢结构焊接工程的难题,且为该材料焊接应用的发展作出了贡献。The Q460E-Z35 was used in steel structure of National stadium(Bird's nest).There was the first betake in China and in the world.Therefore,this was important that the topic of the welding experiment on the new kind of steel.The article introduced 8 welding system engineering including the callback of steels ;the rule of the welding materials choose ;the sensitivity test for welding cold crack;the bolt test for welding cold crack;the hot rectification test for steels;the rigid butt welded joint welding test for Q460E- Z35(adopt the method of SMAW,GMAW, and FCAW-G);the rigid butt welded joint welding test for the heterogeneity steel welding of Q460E +Q345GJD and Q460E+GS-20MnSV;the thick welding procedure qualification for Q460E-Z35.The successful of the welding test research and procedure qualification for Q460E-Z35 solved the problem of the National stadium(Bird's nest) steel structure welding problems, and contribute to the development of this material applied.
