摘　　要：介绍直接能量平衡(DEB)的构成方式及DEB方式下各相关子系统的控制过程。对华能淮阴电厂330MW机组和华能新华电厂330MW机组协调控制进行优化,并进行了15%范围3%变化率的变负荷试验、自动发电控制(AGC)三角波投入方式下的变负荷考核、辅机故障减负荷(RB)试验。结果表明,协调控制及其子系统能够完全满足机组各种运行工况的要求。The constructive form of direct energy balance （DEB） and the control process of each related sub - system under the DEB mode have been presented. The coordinated control of 300 MW units in Huaneng Huai＇ yin Power Plant and of 330 MW units in Huaneng Xin - hua Power Plant has been optimized, and the load variation test at 3% changing rate and in 15% range, assessment of putting automatic generation control（AGC） into service under triangle wave load variation, and run back（RB） test being carried out. Results show that the coordinated control and its sub - system can fully meet the requirements of different operating conditions.
