摘 要:汽轮机排汽比焓的在线计算是火电机组热力性能试验及性能在线监测中的重要环节,而现有的汽轮机排汽比焓在线计算方法均在不同程度上存在一定的局限性。采用常用的排汽比焓计算方法,即能量平衡法、曲线外推法、等效焓降法、弗留格尔公式法、相对内效率法分别对某台N220-12.7型汽轮机的排汽比焓进行了实例计算。通过对计算结果的分析比较,得出这几种计算方法各自的适用条件及其改进措施。The on- line calculation of exhaust steam's enthalpy for steam turbines is an important link in thermodynamic performance test and on- line supervision of thermal power units. At present, the calculation method of exhaust steam's enthalpy has certain limitations in varying degree,hence,it is necessary to analyse and compare the algorithms of exhaust steam's enthalpy. The commonly used calculation methods for exhaust steam's enthalpy are as follows., energy balancing method, curve's extrapolation method, equivalent enthalpy drop method ' Fulugel formula's method,and relative internal efficiency method. By using these said methods, the exhaust steam's enthalpy of a N220 - 12.7 type steam turbine has been calculated respectively as concrete examples. Through analysis and comparison of the calculation results, the individual condition of application and measures of improvement for these said calculation methods have been obtained .
