循环流化床锅炉风水联合冷渣器存在问题及其处理措施

摘　　要：某电厂循环流化床锅炉风水联合冷渣器在运行中存在排渣不畅,冷渣器风机输风母管端口撕裂,锥形阀动作不正常,各个风室调节门电动执行机构控制板卡振动较大等问题。对此,提出了相应的处理及改造措施,实施后使上述问题得以解决。The problems existing in operation of air- water combined slag cooler for circulating fluidized bed （CFB）boiler in one power plant are as follows：impeded slag discharging, endport cracking of the air- transporting maniford for fan of the slag cooler, abnormal operation of the conical valve, comparatively severe control pannel card vibration of the electric actuator for regulating gate of each air chamber etc.. For these, corresponding handling and retrofitting measures have been put forward. After implementation, the above -mentioned problems can be finally solved.
