摘 要:所报道的含聚污水处理技术,使用两种净水剂和孤岛六联合站的一级气浮-二级气浮-精细过滤系统,处理用于回注的含聚合物、高含油、高矿化度采油污水。在一级气浮前加入除油荆HF-SI-1,该剂含有效物〉15%,其主剂具有支链型嵌段结构,嵌段单元之一含[CH2CH2(CH3)],生产原料含-N^+(CH3)(C2H5)2基团,复配有其他聚合物,可快速破乳除油而不去除悬浮物。在二级气浮前加入脱稳絮凝剂FS-SL-2,该剂含有效物〉45%,由几种单荆组成,能通过改变HPAM的水溶性而使聚合物和悬浮固体构成的胶体失稳、絮凝并从污水中去除。2006年6-9月,在污水处理量480m^3/d的孤六联合站污水处理系统进行现场试验,HF-SL-1加量为80mg/L,HF-SL-2加量为220mg/L,结果如下:原水、一级气浮后、二级气浮后、过滤后污水含油量(mg/L)/去除率为:1975.2,189.5/90.4%,2.81/98.5%,1.50/46.6%;悬浮物含量(mg/L)/去除率为:310.00,93.34/69.9%,7.25/92.2%,1.25/82.8%;聚合物含量(mg/L)/去除率为:79.20,65.80/16.9%,3.50/94.7%,1.50/57.1%。一级气浮回收油可直接进入原油脱水系统,二级气浮浮渣含油1.32%,含水96.67%。图1表2参5。The treatment of oilfield produced water (OFPW) containing polymer HPAM and rich in crude oil and inorganic salts as reservoir flooding water was performed by using 2 Huafu's water treating chemicals and a three-step technology primary floatation (PFl)-seeondary floatation (SFl)-fine filtration(FF) at Gudao oil gathering/water treating plant (OG/WTP) No 6 in Shengli. Deoiler HF-SL-1 was introduced before PF1 and destabilizer/flocculant HF-SL-2 before SFl. HF-SL-1 with 〉15% active substances comprises a branched block-copolymer with [ CH2CH2(CH3)] units in a block and --N^+ (CH3) (C2H5)2 functionalities in a starting material and auxiliary polymers. With this chemical added, the crude oil emulsified in OFPW could be removed easily by the way of demulsification but the suspended solids can not. Containing 〉 45 % active substances, HF-SF-2 is compesed of several single chemicals, destabilizes the polymer/suspended solids (SSs) colloid by the way of changing water solubility of polymer and flocculates and removes polymer and SSs from OFPW. A pilot at dcsages of HF-SL-1 80 mg/L and of HF-SL-2 220 mg/L was conducted in water treating system of capability 480 m^3/d at Cudao OG/WTP No6 June-Sept 2006 with following results: for OFPW original, after PFl, SFl, and FF, the oil content in mg/L ( its percentage removal) was of 1975.2, 189.5 (90.4 % ), 2.81( 98.5 % ), and 1.50 (46.6%); the SSs content in mg/L (its percentage removal) was of 310~ 00, 93.34(69. 9%), 7.25(92.2%), and 1.25 (82.8%); the polymer content in mg/L(its percetage removal) was of 79.20, 65.80(16.9%), 3.50(94.7%), and 1.50 (57.1% ). The crude oil recovered in PF1 can be introduced into an electric oil dehydration system directly and the floater in SF1 was composed of 96.6 % water and 1.32 % crude oil.
