摘  要:研究了紫杉木霉ZJUF0986发酵代谢抗菌产物分离纯化及其生物活性。ZJUF0986发酵液乙酸乙酯粗提物通过硅胶柱层析和高效反相液相色谱制备纯化,分别得到Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三种活性化合物,为主要活性代谢产物;采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定活性代谢产物Ⅰ对灰霉病菌的抑菌活性,结果表明,活性代谢产物Ⅰ不仅能强烈抑制菌丝的生长,而且能有效抑制孢子的萌发,其对菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC50分别为1.100和0.891μg/mL;离体叶片和温室盆栽试验表明,20%紫杉木霉ZJUF0986发酵液乙酸乙酯粗提物稀释800倍对番茄灰霉病具有较好的防治效果。The isolation, purification and inhibitory effect of metabolite of endophytic fungus, Trichoderma taxi ZJUF0986 were studied. The fermentation liquid of ZJUF0986 was extracted by ethyl acetate, purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC, and three main bioactive metabolites-active compounds Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were obtained. Inhibitory effect of active metabolites Ⅰ to Botrytis cinerea was determined by means of mycelium growth rate and spore germination. The results showed that the crude extracts could obviously inhibit mycelium growth and spore germination, and its EC50 was 1.10 μg/mL and 0. 891μg/mL, respectively. According to leaves trials in vitro and greenhouse pot experiment, 20% crude extracts which was diluted 800 times had a better inhibitory efficacy to tomato grey mold disease.
