摘 要:为探讨微量元素铜促进绒山羊绒毛生长的机理,选择12只1.5岁的慢速生绒期内蒙古绒山羊半同胞羯羊作为试验动物,对照组饲喂基础日粮含铜5.61 mg/kg,DM,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组为试验组,在基础日粮基础上分别添加10、20和30 mg/kg(DM)的铜,研究铜对绒山羊血浆褪黑激素(MT)水平及产绒性能的影响。结果表明:试验组夜间血浆MT水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而白天各组间没有差异(P>0.05);基础日粮中添加20 mg/kg铜的试验组绒毛长度及绒毛生长率(0.45 cm,0.15 mm/d)最高(P<0.05),其他各组差异不显著(P>0.05);绒毛细度各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);羊绒生长速率与血浆MT水平的相关关系为:y=0.001 4x-0.0416(r=0.690 09,P<0.05)。由此可见,铜提高了夜间MT分泌水平是铜促进绒毛生长的途径之一。The objective of the experiment was to investigate the mechanism of copper (Cu) supplementation on cashmere growth. Twelve 1.5 year-old wether Inner Mongolian Cashmere Goats in cashmere slow-growing period were used to determine effects of dietary Cu concentration on plasma melatonin and fiber characteristics. Treatments consisted of 0 (control), 10, 20 or 30 mg supplemental Cu/kg DM. The Cu concentration was 5.61 mg/kg DM in the basal diet. The results showed that melatonin (MT) concentration was increased (P〈0.05) by Cu supplementation at night, but did not differ(P〉0.05) in the day. Cashmere length and growth rate (0.45 cm and 0.15 mm/d) were highest (P〈 0.05) in the treatment group supplemented with 20 mg Cu/kg DM, but cashmere diameter was not affected by Cu supplementation (P〉0.05). The correlation between cashmere growth and plasma MT at night was y=0. 0014x-0. 0416 (r=0. 690 09,P〈0.05). In conclusion, copper supplementation affected MT secretion at night, and is one of the pathways promoting cashmere growth.
