摘　　要：通过简单描述某大型化工项目内各子项目之间的关系,从资源利用、水资源循环利用、能源利用、废弃物利用几个角度说明新型工业化道路中体现的循环经济理念。The paper puts forward the circular economy ideas of new industrialization from the point utilization, reusing of water resources as well as energy using and solid waste recycling through describing the of several sub-projects of a proposed large-scale chemical industry project.
