摘 要:陆上油田部分调驱井位于村庄附近,进入井场困难。为此开展了一种不需要在井场施工的在线混合调驱剂(GFS-1)及配套工艺的室内研究,采用高分散主剂添加交联剂进行了配方筛选及性能试验,根据GFS-1的特点,进行调驱剂在线混合工艺研究。结果表明,GFS-1溶解速度快,与清水及污水的配伍性好,热稳定性好,成胶时间5 h,堵塞率59.4%。混配和储液装置小巧灵活,占地面积小,安全可靠,可以解决井场难进入问题。该配套工艺具有重要的推广价值。It is difficult to enter into the oil displacement and profile control wells located near villages. The lab research on a kind of online mixing oil displacement and profile control agent ( GFS - 1 ) and its matching technology are conducted to solve the problem. Experiment on the composition selection of the agent and its performance'is also conducted by putting the cross linking agent into the main high - dispersion agent. According to the characteristics of GFS - 1, the research on the online mixing technology of the agent is conducted. Results show that GFS- 1 features in high dissolution rate, good compatibility with clean water and sewage, and good thermal stability. It gels in five hours, and the plugging rate is 59.4%. Devices for mixing and preserving fluid can he used to solve the difficulty in entering into the well site, because they are characterized by small size and flexibility, small occupying area, high security and reliability.
