摘  要:温米油田经过十几年的开发,二次采油及井下作业等各种因素的相互影响造成油田套管损坏井逐年增加。根据历年套管损坏井统计分析表明,随着油田注水压力、地层压力的提高,套管损坏井越来越多。从套管损坏发生的区块、时间、井型、套管损坏变形性质及井下作业的影响等5方面进行了调查。经研究分析认为,温米油田的套管损坏主要原因是射孔、酸化压裂等井下作业以及注水开发和存在断层;次要原因是腐蚀、注气、钢材质量等。提出了预防套管损坏的措施,可为油田的套管损坏治理提供参考。Through decades of development, the number of casing failure wells in Wenmi Oilfield has increased year by year, due to the interaction of various factors. According to the statistics of the casing failure wells over the years, the number of casing failure wells increases, as the water injection pressure and the formation pressure increase. In this paper, five factors are analyzed, i. e. , the block where casing failure occurs, the time when casing failure occurs, the well patters of casing failure, the deformation properties of easing failure, and the downhole operation. Analysis shows that the major causes of the casing failure in the oilfield include the downhole operation including perforation and acid fracturing, the waterflooding and the faults exist in the oilfield. The minor causes include the corrosion, the gas injection, and the quality of steels. Measures for preventing casing failure are also proposed, offering a reference for the control of casing failure in oilfields.
