强肌健力方对脾肾两虚证大鼠血浆性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察强肌健力方对大鼠脾肾两虚证体温及血浆睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E2）的影响，以期进一步了解该方药对改善脾肾两虚证的意义及探讨中医脾肾相互关系。方法：将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、强肌健力组、强肌右归组、右归组。前期采用大黄复制脾虚模型，后期采用氢化可的松复制肾虚模型，分别给予蒸馏水、强肌健力方、右归丸灌胃。观察各组动物血浆T、E2的含量及体温变化。结果：模型组动物机体功能下降，体温低于正常对照组（P〈0．05～0．01），初期T含量升高（P〈0．05），到后期则明显降低（P〈0．01），E2含量一直升高（P〈0．01），E2／T比值在初期没有变化，后期则明显升高（P〈0．01）；强肌健力组和强肌右归组均可使体温升高，而E2含量及E2／T比值则降低（P〈0．05～0．01）。结论：从脾虚模型到脾肾两虚是一个渐进的过程；强肌健力方对脾肾两虚证大鼠有一定的保护作用，其作用机理之一与调节性激素水平有关，而辨证施治疗效更加明显。Objective To explore the mechanism of action of Qiangji Jianli （QJJL）. Fang for treatment of spleen - kidney deftcieney syndrome through measuring the treatment effect of the QJJL on the changes of temperature and plasma testosterone （ T）, estradiol （ E2 ） contents in rat models of spleen - kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods Rat models of spleen - kindney deficiency syndrome were established by gavage with rhubarb followed with hydrocortisone （n =49） , of which, 12 each were treated with QJJL, QJ yougui wan and yougui wan only respectively, the rest 13 models were not treated with any drug. Body temperature measurements and plasma T, E2 contents determinations were performed in all animals. Results The physical condition in the antreated model group （ n = 13） was much poorer than the others＇. Compared with the control group, the temperature in the models was lower（ P 〈 0. 05 - 0. 01 ）. The plasma content of T rose firstly but fell significantly later （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the plasma content of E2 was always increased, with E2/T ratio increased significantly finally. Both the QJJL and the QJYG treated groups demonstrated much less changes. Conclusion QJJL have a protective effect on the models and one of the mechanism may be through adjustment of the level of sex hormones. Treatment effect was best in the QJYG group.
